That experience led me to become a massage therapist. I know how frustrating it can be dealing with injury and unease, so I bring that understanding into every session. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens best when we combine the strengths of both Eastern and Western traditions. I specialize in myofascial release Tui Na, and fire cupping, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of your body. I love to work with chronic pain friends, athletes, and anyone else looking to enhance and support their experience in their body.
I have 2 fluffy cats Muskee & Cheeto, and a dog named Blueberry, and we’re excited to add chickens to the mix soon. I love writing, swimming, or hanging out to watch a good crime show like the Blacklist.
